How it works
From "I need this" to delivered work.
No account managers, no black box. Four clear phases — with a real person accountable the whole way, and honest checkpoints before anything is committed.
The process
Four phases. One accountable team.
Understand
Tell us the objective, existing context and requested timing.
- Requirement & context
- Existing tools and data
- Requested timing
- What "good" looks like
Define
A working conversation to agree the real scope.
- Review & open questions
- Online session with Dinis
- Scope — in and out
- Agreement & realistic timeline
Build
The disciplines the objective needs, kept coherent.
- Software · data · automation · AI
- Real tools and systems
- Progress you can see
- Change handled properly
Verify & deliver
Checked against the objective, then handed over.
- Tested & verified
- Failure states considered
- Documentation & handover
- Context kept for what's next
The session
A working conversation, not a pitch.
The session exists to understand the work — so we can tell you honestly whether there's a good project here, and what it would take. Online, and directly with the person responsible for delivery.
- What you're really trying to change, and why now.
- The data, systems and tools already in play.
- Constraints, risks and the unknowns worth surfacing early.
- What a good result looks like — and how we'd know.
- Whether the requested deadline is realistic.
Where a request stands
An enquiry is an opportunity — not an accepted job.
We don't say "yes" to everything on day one. Every request has an honest status, and we'll tell you which one you're at.
The deadline rule
Your requested deadline is a request. We confirm what's realistic before committing.
If you need something by Tuesday, tell us Tuesday. We'll assess feasibility honestly rather than promise a date we can't stand behind. An honest timeline beats a broken one.
