Send an enquiry

Tell us what needs to happen.

Describe the outcome, what exists today and any timing that matters. Your enquiry is stored by the BIRTH Systems public service and reviewed personally by Dinis Nascimento. You do not need to know which service category fits.

01 What needs to happen
02 Supporting files optional

Attach only what helps us understand the request — a representative sample is often enough. Accepted document, data, image and archive formats: up to 25 MB per file, 80 MB total and 15 files.

Private No public file URL Hashed SHA-256 recorded Quarantined Untrusted and unopened

Files are stored under opaque keys in a private R2 bucket. They remain untrusted and quarantined; this is not a claim that they are scanned or safe.

    Never upload credentials

Do not send passwords, access codes, private keys or live secrets. If the work needs system access, it is arranged separately after scope and authority are agreed.

03 When do you need it

Tell us the date you're hoping for. This is your request — BIRTH confirms what's realistic once the work is understood. An honest date beats a rushed promise.

    04 Who you are

Success is shown only after the public service confirms that your enquiry was stored. Email remains available if that service fails.

Sending the enquiry gives BIRTH Systems the information needed to review and respond. We do not add you to marketing. See our Privacy notice.

What happens after you send this

    1. 1 The public service stores the enquiry and returns a real receipt.
    2. 2 Attached files stay private, hashed and quarantined until authorised review.
    3. 3 Dinis reviews the objective, context and requested timing personally.
    4. 4 If there is a potential fit, we arrange a conversation and define scope before work begins.
